Shipping Policy

At Felzy Foods, we prioritize delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. We partner with several trusted logistics providers to ensure your shipments arrive on time:

• Domestic Orders: Our preferred logistics partners for local shipments include Bluedart, ATS, and Delhivery.
• International Orders: For international deliveries, we rely on DHL to ensure your products are shipped securely and efficiently.

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. For international orders, the shipping cost will be displayed in the cart during checkout.

• Estimated Delivery Time: For domestic shipments, the estimated delivery time is between 5 to 7 business days. However, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are actively working to minimize any disruptions.
• International Shipping: International shipping times and charges will depend on your location, and will be provided during checkout.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are eligible for a refund, the process will be completed within 7 working days from the date of processing.

• Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• Please note that you must meet the terms of our cancellation policy for refunds to be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will process the cancellation with a small fee charged by the payment gateway provider and any applicable conversion charges.
• After Dispatch: If your order is canceled after dispatch, a return shipping charge and a 35% restocking fee will apply.

For cancellations before dispatch, the following fees may apply:

• Payment Gateway Fee: 4%
• Currency Conversion Fee (for international orders): 3%
• Other Fees: 2%

Please be aware that payment gateway providers and processing fees may deduct up to 7-9% of the order value, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
